Therapist in Northampton, MA
Our mental health and well-being are central to our overall happiness. Whether it is a relatively small hiccup or a major disruption, the events of our daily lives impact our moods, and I believe that talking openly and being truly heard are the best ways of reaching internal resolution and acceptance in order to get back to a place of contentment.
I use a positive, supportive, and relational approach to help individuals explore and resolve their internal struggles and gain insight into their own patterns of mood and behavior. I believe strongly in the importance of trust, honesty, and compassion in interpersonal relationships and strive to embody these qualities in my work.

Before becoming a Social Worker I taught middle and high school English in the Springfield Public Schools.
